Consistently hitting the gym is one of the most beneficial commitments you can make at any stage of your life. No matter if you’re 18 years old or 81 years old!

Undeniably, as I say in my article “Why No Woman Is Attracted to Me”, girls love big strong men:

“Seriously, when it comes to physical appearance, to be attractive to MOST women you need to become fit. Then groom yourself properly, become the best of friends with your shower (so you don’t smell). And then get some stylish, comfortable and clean clothes.”

However, this commitment isn’t just about getting girls to look at you.

It’s about so much more than that.

Why You Need To Go To The Gym If You Want More Women In Your Life

In this article, you’ll uncover the lesser-known benefits that extend beyond ‘looks.’ And we’ll delve into the realms of mental and physical mastery over your life.

You’ll learn exactly why it’s extremely beneficial to exercise regularly and hit the gym. You’ll also get a great workout routine that’s perfect for keeping your whole body in tip top shape.

So make sure to read it all because it’s crucial for your success in dating.

1. Regular Gym Hours Promote Daily Discipline

When the gym becomes a 3-5 times a week obligation, a non-negotiable part of your schedule, it forces you to plan out your day meticulously.

This commitment motivates you to allocate your time wisely. Transforming your previously random, daily routine into a masterfully planned, productivity-enhancing regimen.

Here’s a simple example of that.

Before:

Because you work from home and pick your own hours, you often start late and work till late in the evening. Your day is unpredictable and chaotic. This messes with your planning and you can’t seem to find the time to do anything. You struggle with fatigue and lower productivity.

After:

You’re in bed at a reasonable time every night (without exception) to get started with work earlier. You do this so you have the energy to workout, the time to do regular chores around the house, run all your errands and then get to the gym before it closes at 10pm or whenever.

That said, I advise to go to the gym as early in the day as possible. And never think of your time spent in the gym as wasted.

All in all, the time you spend at the gym will more than make up for the time you lose while working out, considering the enhanced productivity you’ll get during your out of gym hours in return. Because after you hit the gym, you will become more productive in everything else that day. And that’s exactly why you should hit the gym as early in the day as possible. To turbocharge the rest of your day.

2. Improved Stamina

As studies show, you don’t need to do cardio to improve your endurance. Weights will do it for you while making you stronger at the same time:

It is concluded that strength training can lead to enhanced long-term (>30 min) and short-term (<15 min) endurance capacity both in well-trained individuals and highly trained top-level endurance athletes, especially with the use of high-volume, heavy-resistance strength training protocols.

Improved stamina means you’ll be better at many sports.

Plus… You’ll last longer in bed and girls love that!

3. You’ll Have More Energy For Everything Else In Your Life

Instead of being exhausted after work and unable to do anything else for the rest of the day, you’ll have energy to start working on your own projects/ business.

That’s because you get a huge rush of endorphines and other hormones when you work out. They jolt your body into action, wake it up and make you ready to tackle the day.

An added benefit to that is that you’ll need less coffee throughout the day to keep yourself awake and to focus on your work, studies, hobbies, and more.

4. Improved Mental Health

If you’ve ever done some long distance running or heavy lifting, you know the feeling.

Everything feels more manageable. That’s because exercise directly improves your mood.

And science backs this up too:

Resistance exercise training significantly reduced depressive symptoms among adults regardless of health status, total prescribed volume of RET, or significant improvements in strength.

And the truth is this:

While many guys start lifting for the girls and other external reasons. Long term, it always becomes about how the gym improves their mental health.

Some guys even become addicted to going to the gym when they make a habit of it eventually. Just because how great it makes them feel and the headrush it gives them.

5. You’ll Sleep Better

Exhausting your body with a solid workout will significantly improve your sleep quality.

That’s actually great news because sleep is one of the most important things your body needs for optimal performance and overall well-being.

Being well-rested leads to clearer thinking, more energy for your favorite activities, and more effective workouts. Not to mention better physical and mental health.

This, in turn, promotes even better sleep, creating a positive cycle of improvement. This amplifies all the benefits mentioned above.

6. You’ll Build A New and Better Self-Image

First, allow me to quote from my post ‘Feeling You’re Not Good Enough for Women

“…If you loathe yourself, feeling like you’re not good enough for women and thinking no one would want to talk to you since you look like a fat piece of shit. Then begin by going to the damn fucking gym for one hour every other day, for starters. You have zero excuses to look like a fat slob unless you have a terminal fucking disease. Fat slobs whine about why no women want to be with them. Well, would YOU want to be with a fat, ugly woman? How many fat and ugly women have you asked out in your life? Exactly. So don’t be a hypocrite and start taking care of your body. Or own that you’re a fat fuck and don’t give a shit about it and stop with all the whining. That will often work since it’s all about your attitude anyway.”

When you transition from ‘a fat piece of shit’ to a sexy bad boy, the transformation is not just physical.

Of course, the enhanced appearance will absolutely increase the amount of female attention you receive.

However, the deeper impact lies within you: As you reshape your body and shed excess weight, you’ll be simultaneously building a new self-image. Which will do wonders for your self-esteem.

You’re fostering a version of ‘You’ that believes in your ability to attract beautiful women.

This internal shift in perspective influences all your interactions with women, increasing your confidence in all your behaviors. Potentially leading to success beyond what mere physical attractiveness can offer.

You’ll start liking yourself more. And when you like yourself, women will like you as well.

7. Many girls Like Muscular Guys

While this one has been beaten to death, it’s true and is still worth mentioning: Many girls like muscular guys.

Here are just some of the reasons why:

Muscles signal abundant resource potential on a primal level. By showing that you have enough resources to support your own muscle mass and that you have enough strength to hunt and gather resources for a potential mate and her offspringMuscularity signals superior genetic makeup on a primal level by signaling high testosterone and other health related signsGirls will love you in bed as you’ll be able to throw girls around however you like and thrust hard without getting tired

Basically, having a muscular body affects most women on a primal level often inspires raw, gut level attraction.
